Times of the academy day in 2022-23

9:15–9:30Gates open. Learners complete registration and tutor time with the option for breakfast upon arrival.
9:30–10:15Lesson 1
10:15–11:00Lesson 2
11:00–11:15Break time
11:15–12:00Lesson 3
12:00–12:45Lesson 4
12:45–13:15Lunch time
13:15–14:00Lesson 5
14:00–14:45Lesson 6
Individual lessons each last 45 minutes with the option for one-to-one intervention as and when needed. Total time: 26 hours p/week

Please note that on a Thursday school finishes at 13:15, after lunch time.

Primary Academy Day

A typical school day at Ormiston Bridge Primary Academy begins at 8.30am- 9.00am with breakfast club and ends at 3pm each day with the exception of Thursday when school closes at 1pm. A typical week would amount to 30 hours.

Breakfast club is provided for all pupils (free of charge) before school. This starts at 8:30 and finishes at 9am.
