Pupil Parliament leads the way in cutting plastic waste with new Laminating Policy

Our Pupil Parliament has been helping the school take another step towards becoming more eco-friendly! Together with staff, they created a new Laminating Policy to help reduce plastic waste across the school.

Laminated paper cannot be recycled and contributes to long-lasting pollution. The new policy encourages everyone to think carefully before laminating, use sustainable alternatives, and involve pupils in creating reusable displays.

By working together, we are embedding environmental awareness across our school community — and helping pupils become responsible, eco-conscious citizens.
