Enrichment - Summer term

This term, our students participated in a range of exciting activities and events that supported both their academic and personal development. Highlights included attending the Fulham Football Foundation enrichment programme at the West Zone, where students developed teamwork, resilience, and leadership skills through sport.

Students also took part in a Music Industry Day at Bush Hall, where they gained valuable insight into the world behind the scenes of live music venues. They explored the wide range of careers available in the music and events industry — from sound engineering and stage management to lighting, production, and promotion. It was a hands-on experience that helped broaden their understanding of creative industry pathways.

Another major highlight of the term was our Sports Day, where students actively participated in a variety of athletic events and team games. The day was filled with energy, encouragement, and school spirit, and it was wonderful to see students giving their best and supporting one another. Everyone enjoyed the atmosphere and celebrated a great day of fun and fitness.

Work experience has also been a key focus this term. Some students took placements in hairdressing, while others worked with the SCS Railway, learning about roles in transport and infrastructure. These experiences have helped students build real-world skills, gain confidence, and explore future career options.

We also enjoyed a cinema trip, and as part of our rewards programme, students were treated to exciting outings to Nando’s, Laser Tag, and a fun-filled day at Oxygen. These trips recognised and celebrated students’ efforts, progress, and positive behaviour throughout the term.

These experiences reflect our commitment to offering a well-rounded education that prepares our students for life beyond the classroom. We are incredibly proud of their growth, dedication, and achievements this term.
